Return and Exchange Policy

 

We believe in delivering the best products, keeping in mind the emotions and ethics of upcoming fashion trends. We assure the quality of our products and endeavor to provide absolute user satisfaction. Once the product has been delivered by us, all EXCHANGE & RETURN of the product shall be governed by and subject to Terms of Use, as well as the below Exchange & Return Policies. We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if you are unsatisfied with the product, especially concerning any defect in the product, we will be happy to initiate an Exchange or Refund.

  1. Exchange & Return Process

o   The return/exchange request is required to be made within 48 hours after delivery of the product(s).

o   The returned product should be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with the tags intact as it will be checked at our end.

o   Returns & Exchanges are allowed with products of the same or higher price . Accessories cannot be exchanged.

If you choose to schedule a pick-up –

o   Properly wrap the product in a packet

o   Do not seal the packet

o   Keep the packet ready and open, to quicken the pickup process

o   Our staff will initially verify the product at the time of pickup and a quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.

o   After the product is verified, we will process the Return/ Exchange request.

 

  1. Cancellation & Refund

An easy cancellation process is available for all our valued customers:

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, by placing a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier) and your Entire order amount will be refunded to the source of the payment.

Refunds will be granted only in the following cases:

o   Genuine quality issues

o   Packages lost in transit

o   If a wrong item has been delivered to you

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

o   Design and Color variations

o   Products returned in a used or damaged condition

             Refunds will be made after we have received the product and verified it.

Claiming Refunds:

Our refund takes around 10 to 15 working days after initiating the same. Refund will be credited in the same account which was used for making order payment*. In case of COD orders refund will be provided to the bank account number/UPI ID as provided by the buyer.

*Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.

Embroidery and Colour

We regard the inherent qualities of our products with utmost care and we ensure the quality of our products but due to the nature of fabrics, we do not guarantee the garment's embroidery or any color bleeding therein.

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of every garment. Some garments are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size or fit which is best suitable for you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

Colour Display

We have done our best to display the colors of the products shown on this website as accurate as possible. However, the color of the physical products may be different from the ones displayed on the website which could be due to the settings of your monitor or color of your visual display or resolution of the image or lights used while taking the photographs of the products.

Wash care

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as mentioned on the website and follow the same to avoid any damages to it.
